Join us for this dynamic partner acrobatic fitness training!  AcroFit is designed to build smart, toned, coordinated muscles in a safe and fun environment.  This beginner/intermediate class is for anyone who wants to develop strength and endurance through partner bodyweight exercises.  This class will begin with a group warm up and move on to acrobatic foundations and training in partners and groups then finish with circuit training and flexibility.
